Course Memo

_x000d_ This course examines advanced concepts used to identify, develop, and promote tourism and hospitality products and services. Issues such as marketing, sales, advertising, and promotion for the tourism and hospitality industry will be explored. Case studies from different regions will be used to illustrate both areas of opportunity and challenges to product development. Trends in marketing including the integration of marketing communications, customer relationship management, global markets, the impact of e-commerce and the expanding organizational role of marketing are studied.
